This course consists of 4 lessons, with videos and transcripts.

The 4 lessons are:

Lesson 1 – Healing Science: Natural Strategies for Immune and Post-Viral Support

In this lesson, students are introduced to the central idea behind this course: that healing is not simply about suppressing symptoms, but about understanding the body’s natural capacity to recover when given the right support.

This lesson explores natural and practitioner-led perspectives on immune stress, post-viral health challenges, inflammation, and recovery. Students will hear discussions around the body’s terrain, detoxification, cellular health, and nutritional strategies that may support resilience.

The episode also encourages students to think critically about modern health challenges and to consider how natural medicine, lifestyle, and emerging clinical observations may contribute to a broader understanding of healing.

By the end of this lesson, students should be able to identify key themes in natural immune support and recognise the importance of approaching complex health concerns from a whole-body perspective.

Lesson 2 – Health Freedom, Public Policy, and Critical Thinking

This lesson encourages students to examine the relationship between health information, public policy, media narratives, and personal decision-making. It explores how trust, authority, science, and public health messaging can influence the way people understand illness and treatment.

Students are invited to listen with discernment and to evaluate claims carefully, especially when discussing controversial or highly debated health topics. The episode raises broader questions about informed consent, transparency, individual responsibility, and the importance of asking deeper questions when faced with conflicting information.

Rather than accepting health information passively, students are encouraged to develop critical thinking skills and consider how independent research, clinical observation, and patient experience may contribute to a more complete picture.

Lesson 3 – Restoring Heart Health: Natural Support for Cardiovascular Resilience

Lesson 3 focuses on heart health, cardiovascular resilience, and the effects of inflammation and immune stress on the circulatory system. Students will explore discussions around myocarditis, vascular health, blood flow, oxidative stress, and natural approaches that may support cardiovascular function.

The lesson also considers the importance of lifestyle foundations such as nutrition, magnesium, nitric oxide support, sleep, sunlight, stress management, and oral health as part of a broader heart-health strategy.

Students should approach this episode as an opportunity to understand the heart not as an isolated organ, but as part of an interconnected system involving immunity, inflammation, metabolism, circulation, and the nervous system.

Lesson 4 – Harnessing Nature’s Remedies for Chronic Health Support

This lesson introduces students to a range of natural remedies and holistic approaches discussed in relation to chronic illness, immune imbalance, inflammation, and long-term health challenges.

Students will hear perspectives from practitioners who focus on root-cause thinking, detoxification, nutrition, herbs, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other natural substances. The lesson highlights the idea that the body may respond more effectively when its internal environment is supported rather than overwhelmed.

The lesson also encourages students to consider the difference between managing symptoms and supporting deeper biological function. It presents natural remedies as part of a broader health framework, including diet, lifestyle, mindset, detoxification, and individualised care.

There are 10 timed assignment questions for each lesson, to be answered online, along with a final exam.
